One position we have a need for throughout our communities is Care Managers.  As a trusted MorningStar Care Manager, your responsibilities will include doing whatever it takes to assure our residents’ physical comfort, safety and mental well-being.  You will treat each resident with respect and dignity, and perform duties as described on job postings. 

MorningStar’s assisted living residents are independent seniors who just require a little help with their day-to-day personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.  In our Reflections Neighborhood, we care for seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s and other types of memory loss.  While this may sound discouraging, at MorningStar we understand that the essence of the person remains regardless of the extent of memory loss and our approach is to find ways to connect with and nurture that essence.  Our energies are put toward finding ways to celebrate and elevate life.  In addition whether you are a caregiver in our assisted living or memory care, you will also encourage and motivate residents to participate in therapies and other rehabilitative measures to promote activity of mind and body.
