Lavender Sky’s 8-hour interactive training includes information on the pathology of brain disease and techniques geared toward communicating with our memory care residents.  It also goes over special environmental safety and security concerns as well as concepts such as dining with dignity and holistic solutions to challenging behaviors.  If you are hired to work in one of our Reflections Neighborhoods, you will also be provided with weekly “Brain Bursts” training.
